Taylor Louk-McNutt is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for supporting children and families, particularly those navigating medical or emotional challenges. She brings over a decade of experience in youth programming, law enforcement, and community engagement, and has consistently focused on creating safe, inclusive spaces where children feel empowered, connected, and supported.
Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Psychology from West Virginia University. Her background includes serving as a School Resource Officer and working in nonprofit youth services, where she developed and facilitated programs designed to foster social-emotional growth, build confidence, and promote peer connection for children with diverse needs.
Outside of her professional life, Taylor is a proud mother, small business owner, and active community volunteer. She is driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in an environment that celebrates who they are and supports who they are becoming.
