Does your child experience anxiety or irritability when ending an online game? Do you constantly check your emails or social media accounts and feel less connected in your relationships? If you can relate to these experiences\, you or your loved ones might be suffering from Technology Addiction. Whether you’re hearing the term technology addiction for the first time or you fully understand the insidious nature of this problem\, this workshop has something to offer you. Oz will give a brief presentation on technology addiction and ways to prevent and alleviate it. The presentation will be followed by an extensive Q&A section. \nThis presentation is offered as a two-week series giving families an opportunity to try out new skills and return for questions and answers around successes and challenges. PLEASE NOTE: You will only see one date listed. Registration for Jan.13th automatically enrolls you in the follow up event on Jan. 20th. \nWhat you can expect:: \n•            A brief presentation of evidence based & age appropriate communication strategies. SUMMARY:Pierce Island Day Program
DESCRIPTION:This Spring Zebra Crossings is excited to be able to offer socially distant\, outdoor day programs. The health of our community members is our top priority. To ensure safety\, we are implementing standard safety measures per state guidelines that include frequent hand washing/sanitizing\, mask use\, and social distancing. We are planning to run our programs with small groups of up to 8 campers\, 1 program facilitator\, and 1 nurse in a cohort to further minimize large group exposure. \nOur first outing will be at  Pierce Island on May 15th. The program will be weather permitting and run from 9:30am to noon. We are excited to reconnect and play!
