Fundraising Events

We are grateful for the support of our community!  Here’s how you can join in and help support our programs.

NH Gives

Join us for New Hampshire’s statewide celebration of giving.

For 24 hours, from 5:00 PM on June 9th through 5:00 PM on June 10th, our community comes together to support the important work of New Hampshire nonprofits like Zebra Crossings.

This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by donating, sharing our campaign, or helping spread the word within your community. Every gift, no matter the size, helps children with chronic medical conditions and their families access programs, camps, and experiences that foster connection, confidence, and joy.

Mark your calendar and get ready to give where you live. Visit our NH Gives landing page anytime between 5:00 PM on June 9th and 5:00 PM on June 10th to be part of this statewide movement of generosity and support.

Sweetened Memories Fundraiser

Love Is Sweet—And So Is Giving Back!

This season, dessert comes with a purpose.

Zebra Crossings is thrilled to partner with Sweetened Memories Bakery in Durham, NH to turn sweet treats into meaningful impact! From now through June 18, you can indulge in your favorite cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and cake pops—all while supporting joyful enrichment programs for children with chronic medical conditions and their families.

Here’s how it works:

Shop online at Sweetened Memories and use the code ZEBRA at checkout. When you do, 15% – 20% of your order will be donated to Zebra Crossings.

Then mark your calendars for June 18th.  15% – 20% of all instore purchases (no coded needed) on June 18th will be donated to Zebra Crossings.

Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself, your purchase helps create connection, joy, and community for the families we serve. Even better? Sweetened Memories offers gluten-free and vegan options, so everyone can enjoy something delicious.

Treat yourself. Share the love. Make a difference.

Because dessert never felt so meaningful!

“Zebra Crossings is a fun place where you can go and feel safe because they understand how you feel. You get to express yourself and experience all kinds of things and nothing holds you back.”

- Luke, age 10

“Zebra Crossings has given my children a power they never would have learned to unleash. Here, they feel accepted, encouraged and understood. They are taught that what they believe to be their inadequacies, can really be the fire that burns inside of them and makes them a stronger, more courageous, and joyous person. Truly, Zebra Crossings has changed our lives for the better.”

- Thaia Katsos

“Before camp my son was embarrassed to go to the nurse. He wouldn’t take meds before gym, and then tried to hide his asthma symptoms and chest/lung pain.” Since camp, my son has been willing to take albuterol before gym class, has been more confident and willing to participate in groups with active outdoor activities.”

- Asthma Camp Parent

“It is an amazing experience to not feel alone in the world. To meet and share some wonderful kid stories has given me and my family so much hope for the future”

- Family Camp Parent

“I am not sure there are many places where there are such kind, caring people.  It is also a place where others have chronic illnesses, some the same as yours.  It makes it a lot of fun to just talk and relate to someone that you can’t necessarily do at school.”

- Teen participant

The efforts of Zebra Crossings are supported by our generous sponsors, both individual and business. Want to join the ranks?
