Giving the right of way

We are grateful for each donation of any size and your support directly benefits children with a chronic health condition and their families who participate in our programs.

All our programs are sponsored through donations or grants. Families only pay a small program fee to commit to the program. This fee should never prohibit anyone from joining our programs as we will waive it if needed.

What does your gift support?

A couple of examples of the impact you could be making:

• $ 50 supports one camper for a Community Day Program.
• $ 125 supports one camper for a week of Half Day Camp.
• $ 250 supports one camper for a week of Summer Day Camp.
• $ 500 supports two campers for a full week of Summer Day Camp.
• $ 1,000 supports a family to join our  Weekend Family Camp
• $ 1,500 supports a group of 20 campers to experience a One Day Youth Program

If you or your group is sponsoring an entire program or event, we will name you or your organization as the donor on our website and in our promotional materials.

Are you wondering what to give someone for a birthday or an anniversary? Great memories last a lifetime and well beyond any tangible gift. Can you think of a family affected by a chronic health condition in your community that could greatly benefit from a weekend escape and renewing their connections in a worry free environment?

Contact your family, friends, colleagues, team- or class mates and ask all of them to pitch in to make it happen... For $ 1,000 you can give them a unique gift of respite. This will include accommodations, all meals, and lots of fun and engaging activities, optional support group sessions, and medical supervision.
This family will treasure the weekend experience forever. More importantly, they feel supported by their family and friends as they juggle their busy lives. You are giving them the gift of friendship and caring.

Credit card or check donations

Zebra Crossings uses a secure server for all its credit card donations through PayPal. You will find this link on the right side of the donation form. If you do not wish to donate online, you may print out the donation form and mail it with a check to us.
