Youth Programs for Ages 6-13

Our Youth Programs provide opportunities for youth ages 6-13 years old to experience fun and safe recreational activities that will give them the opportunity to connect and play with peers. We start the day as a large community and will divide into two ages groups for part of the day:

                                Zebras (ages 6-9)      &       Monkeys (ages 10-13)

Rope Swing

                      Cable Traverse

The Monkeys are our older campers and are named after "The hundredth monkey effect" which is a studied phenomenon in which a new behavior or idea is claimed to spread rapidly by unexplained means from one group to all related groups once a critical number of members of one group exhibit the new behavior or acknowledge the new idea. Our Monkeys at Zebra Crossings are the role models for the Zebras in our program and beyond in their communities, spreading the message of respect, kindness and resilience.

Activity schedules and activities are intentionally designed to meet the needs of each group. The days will balance active periods with low intensity activities. Programs will be based in various locations depending on the type of event.
